Maintenance management in industries involves implementing practical strategies to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. There are some practical strategies commonly used in maintenance management including Establishing Maintenance Policies and Procedures, Implementing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Prioritizing Maintenance Tasks, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning, Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Run to Failure (RTF), On-Time Change (OTC), Effective Spare Parts Management, Training and Skill Development, Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis, Vendor and Contractor Management, Safety and Compliance, etc. These practical strategies help optimize maintenance operations, reduce downtime, prolong asset lifespan, and improve overall productivity and reliability in industrial settings. Then, we talk about Different strategies of Maintenance Management and its applications in different Industries.

报告人简介：

Mohammad Reza Feylizadeh is an Associate Professor of Department of Industrial Engineering Islamic Azad University, Shiraz, Iran. His major area of research are Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Approaches, Optimization Methods, and Maintenance Management. He has been published papers in leading journals including “Applied Soft Computing”, “Expert Systems with Applications”, “International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction”, “Journal of Cleaner Production”, “Journal of Air Transport Management”, “Group Decision and Negotiation”, “International Journal of Fuzzy Systems”, among others. He serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for “Grey Systems: Theory and Application” and also elected as “Standing Director of the International Association of Grey Systems and Uncertainty and Belt and Road Branch of GSUA” until October 2028, and also assessor, supervisor and advisor for the different Ph.D. theses about Fuzzy systems, Grey theory, Optimization, MCDM and Maintenance Management.
