报告摘要:

Drawing on the conservation of resources (COR) theory, this study sought to examine the relationship between individual resilience and work effort, as well as the moderating roles of overqualification and family motivation, which present distinct forms of resources in the on- and off-the-job domain. Results from a two-wave sample (N= 220) in China indicated that individual resilience was positively related to work effort. In particular, the positive relationship was stronger when employees were overqualified or high in family motivation.

报告人简介:

Yuanyuan Gong is an Associate Professor of Management at Okayama University. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests encompass leadership, employee turnover, emotions, and strategic management. Her work has been published in respected journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and Review of Managerial Science, among others.
