报告摘要：

This research introduces the context-dependent total-factor energy efficiency (CD-TFEE) and applies it to find the frontier levels of China’s regions in 2014. In this empirical example, CD-TFEE generates different results from the context-dependent data envelopment analysis (CD-DEA) proposed by Seiford and Zhu (Omega, 31(5):397–408, 2003). China’s regions in 2014 can be categorized into five levels of TFEE frontiers, and almost two-thirds of Chinese regions can target the domestic benchmarks to improve their energy efficiency.

报告人简介：

胡均立 (Jin-Li Hu) 现任台湾交通大学经营管理研究所教授，获得美国纽约州立大学石溪分校经济学博士。曾任台湾交通大学管理学院院长、区域研究与地理学门复审委员、业界能源科专计划技术审查召集人等职务。主要研究专长为效率、能源政策、观光经济、金融市场、中国经济等。目前担任台湾TSSCI期刊《管理与系统》执行编辑、《管理学报》编辑委员、《交大管理学报》编辑委员、《台湾能源期刊》总编辑等学术职务。采用的研究方法包含数据包络分析法、随机前沿分析法、博弈论、时间序列等。他于2006年正式发表了著名的全要素能源效率 (TFEE) 指标。经常担任各类经济与管理议题的通俗演讲人及书评撰写人。曾获16次以上Elsevier多本SSCI/SCI期刊的杰出审查人奖。

至2019年10月共累计发表203篇经匿名审论文，有90篇ISI (63篇SSCI + 27篇SCI)、9篇EV2、19篇Scopus、9篇TSSCI、3篇THCI、2篇CSSCI期刊论文，包含Journal of Economics & Management Strategy, Journal of Institutional & Theoretical Economics, B.E. Journal of Theoretical Economics, Environmental & Resource Economics, Small Business Economics, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Productivity Analysis, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Applied Energy, Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Energy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Resources Policy, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Technovation 等主流期刊。至2019年10月为止个人的学术引述达到WOS 2,400次、Scopus 2,800次、Google Scholar 5,400次，并有论文列入ESI Top 1% 及Google Scholar Classic。
