Ozan Ağlargöz，I have been in academia since 2004. I had my master’s degree from Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM), managing people, knowledge and change in 2008. I had my PhD degree in 2011 from Anadolu University. I have worked as a guest post-doc researcher at Lund University, Management and Organization Studies research group between 2014 – 2015. My research interest covers relatively a broad area of critical management studies, neo-institutionalism, leadership, and qualitative research methods. I have published journal articles, presented my work in national and international conferences, written text book chapters, and co-edited a text book in organizational behavior. Now I am working and teaching at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration as Asst. Prof. Dr. in management and organization.

讲座内容简介
During my visit in NUAA, I am planning to lecture in leadership, management, and qualitative research methods. Leadership seminars are planned to cover leadership theories and their historical development. In management course that I am planning to offer I will talk about cross-cultural issues related with conducting business in different contexts. Qualitative methods gathering is planned to be an introductory level in which I will explain basics of qualitative inquiry, when and how to use techniques related to this methodology. All lectures will have Q&A sessions where students will be able to ask exchange opportunities and our university.
